The location is convenient and easy to access.

The room had a persistent musty smell that was quite unpleasant. The air-conditioning was not functioning properly, blowing hot air even after multiple adjustments. The front-desk staff were unhelpful and did not ask for feedback upon my early checkout, which left me feeling overlooked and disappointed.

Friendly staff, clean room, excellent breakfast, with a wonderful welcome drink and a convenient shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

The location was unbeatable, near to Miraflores, an upmarket district of Lima, where most tourists stay and the beautiful beach. The breakfast was gorgeous and enjoyable with a lot of food, everybody can choose.

Actually, Wi-Fi signal was very weak and our bed was pretty firm.

The hotel room we stayed in was really spacious and clean. My mother especially enjoyed the big bathtub, and the breakfast spread was good each morning, with delicious options that satisfied our whole family.

My kids wished the staff were a bit friendlier. A cute smile would go a long way to.

The location near the Miraflores seafront makes exploring easy, complemented by helpful staff who excel in English. Clean rooms with comfortable beds ensure a restful stay, while breakfasts feature traditional regional homemade products. A loud hum in the night disrupted sleep, and dining service was notably slow, lacking atmosphere, even though the food was decent. Bottled water prices were steep compared to local supermarket options.

I loved the breakfast buffet with so many tasty options, and the room was always clean and cozy. There’s a nice rooftop area to unwind, and I relaxed with a drink from the bar. The air conditioning was a bit noisy sometimes, but that didn’t ruin my great experience. 😊

It was just an appropriate option for a short interlude in Lima with good price value. The staff was helpful in moving us to a larger room without extra charge after a mix-up. If you're a light sleeper, pack some ear plugs due to city noise.

The location in Miraflores is excellent, with many nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions, all within walking distance.

Stayed in a Standard Double Room for 3 nights, and it was spacious and super clean. The bathroom was nice too. The bed was really comfy, great after a long day of exploring. The room had good amenities, and the staff was helpful if I needed anything. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options. Overall a solid place.
